I highly recommend Umber Photo Co. Hayley was responsive to my emails, easy to schedule with (I had to keep changing the date), and on time. It ended up raining on the day of our family shoot, and Hayley made it work with a smile on her face. Hayley made us feel at ease in what could have been a stressul situation. She was prepared with clear umbrellas and creative ideas for beautiful pictures in what could have been a muddy and disastrous day--which makes the photos even more special to us. Her album was easy to access and was well-organized. You will be very happy with Hayley's work!

I contacted Umber Photo Co because I was attracted to the crisp photos, clear imagery, and softer lighting in their online portfolio. We wanted new company headshots that showed off our brand as joyful and approachable - professional, but not stuffy or intense. We also wanted a photographer who felt comfortable capturing candids to use on our website pages. When we met with Hayley and her team, they took time to understand our goals, our brand, and what we wanted out of the shoot. Umber Photo Co was very communicative, professional, and flexible with our needs.
During the photoshoot, Hayley and her team really put our staff at ease. They gave the right amount of direction to help us look good and capture natural smiles, while avoiding looking too "posed". In the hours they worked with us, several team members commented to me, "wow, these girls are great - they REALLY know what they are doing!" I felt confident we had made the right choice, watching employees take a quick look in the camera and already liking what they saw, before we even received the final images.
The gallery of photos was better than my expectations - Hayley selected great photos, the lighting was excellent, and she made a bunch of average looking people look like models, seriously! My favorite part of working with Umber Photo Co is that they really captured our brand and worked hard to make our vision come true. We loved working with Umber Photo Co and look forward to booking them again for future events.
